Small tutorial on how to create a cloud look.
1. Paint base color. I used Zoya-Blu.
2.Use small dotting tool or tooth pick to create cloud shape then fill in clouds.
3. Clean outside using angled flat brush and nail polish remover or acetone.
4. Create remaining look.
